We went to Florilege for lunch during our short stay in Tokyo (the Hyatt Regency Ginza, where we were staying, managed to get two seats for us, which is a credit). 这家店是提前预约好的，但是在去的前三天还出现了小差错，应该是我记错了预约时间，误以为是30号结果是预约的28号，而28号中午我在另一家预约好的餐厅深町吃午餐，全然忘记这家了。帮我预约的朋友被店家打了无数个电话，日本人还真的蛮敬业的。本来以为并非有意的放鸽子，这次想要来用餐基本是没戏了，没想到不死心的我30号离开东京前来餐厅试着与店家沟通居然被理解并安排就餐了。很幸运的是餐厅有位帮厨会一点中文所以我们很好沟通，原先的乌龙事件也就一笔勾销了。餐厅非常隐蔽和难找，我是从表参道一路走过来的，神宫前2丁目十字路口徘徊了很久，最后才发现店居然藏在地下室！还没进店就已经被独具特色的现代艺术设计给折服。餐厅12点准时开放，我们被允许提前进入稍做休息。我算来得比较早的，同一批的还有一对老外。等待的时候就看到店内挂着许多亚洲50佳餐厅的获奖证书和奖牌，不过更加庆幸的是在我来的前两天，东京米其林2018指南刚刚出来，他家从一星升为两星了，可见还是被评委们认可的，在餐厅用点评定位的时候还发现神保町传（Den）竟然也把新店开在了这里，貌似距离Florilege就百米之远吧。而且传也是刚从一星升到了两星，两家主厨还是好基友，真是双喜临门呀Florilege似乎没有单独的包间，超大的吧台围绕着厨房一周，连玻璃都没有，用餐的时候可以和大厨们零距离接触，体验感实在太棒了！餐厅连同厨房的装修风格都是简约大气又不失高雅，不像一般的法餐厅那么死板和过分华丽，Florilege整体偏暗色系，这也是近年来流行的风格。相比较东京其他几家同类型的知名创意法餐，Florilege更好预定，且没有对用餐人数有限制（我是一个人），价格也最亲民，尤其是中午的午餐，最后含税和服务费也才8000日元都不到，吃的菜式却一点不少。看到菜单就能感觉是一家很用心的店，每上一道菜，一个可爱又帅气的台湾小哥哥都会来帮我做解说，这实在是太大的恩赐了，大家也知道日本人英文不好，换了个会说中文的讲解菜品会让我更好地去了解这家餐厅的细节，也对每道菜有更深刻的认知。开胃菜就是满满的惊喜，首先装盘很有创意，做成烤地瓜造型的迷你版本，实则是各种薯类混合之后打成泥然后加入奶油黄油等食材做成的小甜点，装盘也很考究，堪称完美的开场！紧接着是一道改良版的意面，里面的食材搭配很丰盛，有半生状的鱼还有特制的番茄培根以及最出彩的洋葱味冰淇淋，组合起来的味道相当给力。时不时会上来一款现烤好的面包，你可以搭配任意的菜品酱汁
