Do I need a photocard with a Season ticket?
Yes. Before purchasing your Season ticket, you need to make sure you have your photocard to use as ID. Where required, your photocard number must be on your Season ticket. For your Season ticket to be valid, you must show both your Season ticket and photocard if requested by rail staff, and ensure that the numbers on both match. If you fail to provide a photocard with your Season ticket, you may be charged for a day ticket or asked to pay a penalty fare.
How do I use a Season Ticket with Trip.com?
After buying a Season ticket, you can check your tickets on the booking details page on the Trip.com app.
For E-tickets, please show the QR code on the app and scan the code to enter the station when traveling.
For paper tickets, please check your ticket code and collect your paper tickets from the ticket machine in the station.
Can I get a refund for my Season ticket?
You can get a refund on the remaining portion of your unused Season Ticket if:
- Your Weekly Season Ticket has three or more days' validity remaining
- Your Monthly or Custom Season Ticket has seven or more days' validity remaining
How do I request a refund for my Season ticket?
Digital Season Ticket: You can request a refund in the 'My Bookings' section of the app.
Paper Season Ticket:
- Step1: Login to your Season Ticket account.
- Step2: Select your 'Active' Season Ticket and click 'Refund' button.
- Step3: Please mail the tickets to the following address and include your ticket colletion reference number. We will verify your refund request after receiving your original ticktes and documentation.
