    If your arrival is delayed by 60–119 minutes, Italo automatically grants you a compensation equal to 25% of the ticket fare. If your arrival is delayed by over 120 minutes, Italo automatically grants you compensation equal to 50% of the ticket fare.

    To change your Italo ticket, you can follow these steps:


    Step 1. Go to the Trip.com website or Trip.com app and log in to your account.


    Step 2. Look for the "All Bookings" section.


    Step 3. Find the specific ticket you want to change and select the option to modify or change it.


    Step 4. Select a new date, time, or train for your ticket and pay any fare difference or change fees that may apply. Please note that if you have purchased a Flex fare, you have unlimited and free changes up to three minutes before the train departs, while if you have an Economy or Low Cost fare ticket you will have to pay a supplement on the cost already paid to change the date and time of travel.
