The room is sparkling clean. The breakfast is a bonus, but it's simple. Complimentary coffee and hot chocolate in the lobby were a lovely touch.
The hotel location is slightly out of town but conveniently situated on the Tozai line, making it easy to reach Chiba or the Disneyland area. You can purchase a Tokyo subway ticket for 600 yen, which allows you to enjoy unlimited travel within the subway area for 24 hours."

Customer service is 10/10. Clean. Good room smell. Great breakfast thats included with normal hotel stay. Very helpful staff.

Comfortable ambient, staff professional and nice at the same time. Even if the rooms are a bit small they offer a perfect service: laundry, microwave, a kitchen sink (not the one in the bathroom, there's a separate one in the same room as the beds). They also give some creams for skincare, beyond the basics things that you can find in the bathroom like towels and toothbrush.
Overall a really nice experience. Recommended.

Hotel was very good. Buffet breakfast is a bonus. Got washing machine inside room n microwave. Ice machine was good n 24hrs complimentary coffe n hot chocolate was lovely. Room was spacious albeit a bid dated but overall a nice stay at this hotel

The hotel is a little out of town but right on the Tozai line so easy to get everywhere. Hotel itself is extremely clean, really comfy beds. Breakfast was badic but OK. Would stay here again.
