We had a pleasant stay at the hotel Reception staff was so helpful for all the arrangements ( snow was so helpful as she communicates good in English ) They had shutter bus service to Shanghai Disney world which was arranged good Overall experience very much satisfactory

Very good hotel, good services. The room is very satisfied. There is a shuttle street from breakfast. Swollen is also very good very like here.

It's a nice hotel overall. There are some great services and for us the highlights are free airport pickup and drop off, night snack buffet and free laundry service. I thought there is a free washing machine but they really took our laundry in the afternoon and folded everything returning us in the same evening. Also the location was nice that there's a small mall with a huge supermarket next door and you have good food options from the food court. The bed was comfortable and the rook was clean. A low light was that the room window was somehow not well sealed or thin and you can hear the street noise especially honking even you stay in a higher floor. Another lowlight was the staff wanted a review upon checkout with somewhat force and wanted that I write it in front of her so she could take a photo of my phone screen. It was a little strange. That experience made me doubt the authenticity of the other reviews. Overall staff was nice though. Although there was no English speaking staff, they used phone translations and made effort to communicate with us with patience. They were quite helpful despite the language barrier.

Very good service at the reception. The ladies did everything to ensure we had a nice stay and even extended our room so we could go straight to the airport.

Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful! The complementary supper and breakfast was Fantastic! Hotel provided complementary bus service to Disneyland & Astronomy Museum which saves us alot on Didi rides 👍 we also took the complementary bus ride to Pudong Airport at 4am in the morning and they even prepared bread and milk for us to bring. Would definitely recommend to anyone who are planning to visit Disneyland, Astronomy Museum or Pudong Airport. Thank you for your great hospitality!

Service is good. They do provide transport from airport and also to Disney. Laundry service too. Helpful staff.

The hotel has free shuttle service to pudong airport and free midnight snack. The staff are very friendly and the breakfast was great.
