Great location on the fringe of Nanjing Road. Toilet and room were well maintained and breakfast spread was good. Overall we enjoyed the stay there.

Location are good, in between two Mrt stations, very near to walking street. A lot of food choices. Rooms are good. Picture shows my room view.

Very best hotel👌
Excellent cleaning, everything was neat, very good staff. Great location, very reasonable price. A very important issue is that the toilet had a water hose, which is very important for some people

Hotel is in a good location. The room was clean and good function. The staffs were excellent, very helpful and friendly. The staffs used Machine translator when communicated so, don’t need to worry. My next stay in Shanghai, Elong Hotel will be the first choice for me.

Wonderful experience with Elong, the location was very convenient and easily accessible via train / didi.
The staffs are friendly too and they will checked with us if everything is ok during our stay there.
Requested for room with view of the Nanjing pedestrian street and it was fulfil. Room was clean and very comfortable stay. Breakfast was good too. Will definitely stay here again during my next visit to Shanghai!

Room is spacious and clean. The staffs are very helpful and friendly, location is very strategic as it only 7 mins walk to people square mrt station door 14. It is also close to the bund as it only require 15 mins walks. We love this hotel and will definitely come back.

Everything is 4/5 rating but I'd give 5/5 for the great price! And the view was probably worth 4.5/5 rating too. Room WIFI is sadly 2/5. A/C is probably 3/5 where it takes very long for the whole room to get to the desired temperature. But maybe I didn't know how to operate it properly too. And the flush broke after just 1 use, unfortunately. But at least they were pretty quick to send help to fix the issue. So overall, despite some flaws, I still enjoyed my stay here pretty much.
