It was the worst experience I ever had with Trip.com. The receptionist was completely and evitably rude. As we waited for 5 hrs already without an AC and when we complain politely, we were told that "its not my problem". There was a problem with the AC and they cannot fix it within the day. They cannot change the room too. So they would want us to sleep inconveniently and discomfited. He told us to cancel the booking and we did. THEY DID NOT GIVE US THE REFUND. Plus, there wasn't any soap for taking a shower. DO NOT BOOK ON THIS HOTEL as its really far from the center, too. If you wanna explore the city of Istanbul, check Taksim Square. Been booking with this app and never encountered this issue.

Hotel room were clean and quiet. I think closest hotel from Istanbul Airport. I had nice experience. Probably go there again!

Nice place near to the airport and five minutes to the main market also nice view from the rooms. Respectful and quick response staff. High recommended. The picture is the view from the room at night.

Nice hotel, pleasant enough staff. I didn’t check before booking how far it is from İstanbul. About 1 hour in the Uber, okay if wanting a cost effective place.

The hotel located nearby the Istanbul Airport, it takes about 20 minutes to drive by the taxi. Hotel was ok, even though, inside are the traces of renovation. In general, acceptable

It's very good for the price. There are markets and small restaurants around. The staff is very helpful. Especially the guy named Emir was very helpful. Thank you very much Emir👍
